Also very good reviews re: buying watches on Amazon.com.However, since Amazon.com is not an authorized dealer for Victorinox, manufacturer's warranty is void, so Amazon provides their own--but only a 2-yr. (vs. 3-yr manufacturer's).

Anyway, had to exchange first one received for relacement due to "stuck" chronograph function. Amazon was very responsive regarding this replacement,sending another within a few days. I had later read about a similar issue with this watch by another reviewer (another website), so quality/reliability is in question.Guess time will tell. Also read that BBB rating of Victorinox company is "F" --this is somewhat concerning. Not sure I would buy another Victorinox watch.
