(More customer reviews)I got an Omega speedmaster for my husband from Authentic Watches. After two months, it started to slow down. We sent it to Authentic Watches for repair. After THREE MONTHS and horrible communication on the part of Authentic Watches (sometimes it took them a week to answer an email, and only after I sent follow-up emails and made phone calls), we finally got the watch back-- broken in an entirelly differnt way! The hands were bent so that one hand catches on the other and so it stops every time it gets to 9 o'clock! This after the entire last month they had it "for repair" they were telling us it was in "testing" phase. Didn't a month of "testing" show that the hands were bent! Abysmal service, abysmal company. We are also going to send it to Omega to test for authenticity. I am surprised Amazon has a partnership with them.
