(More customer reviews)I own a few automatic watches, and this one keeps the best time by far. Not bad considering that I own others that sell for 6 times the price. One of them is even a certified chronograph. The gold plating still looks good and has not worn through. The only detractors for me...I wish it had an exhibition back, and the bracklet links are not solid pieces. Still the watch looks very nice and works great.

(More customer reviews)I recieved this watch as a gift for my 30th Birthday from a couple of my best buddies. I absolutely love it. I am constantly getting compliments on it, if that matters to you. It looks handsome, it wears nice, has a great feel and weight to it - just good all around. It isn't a very expensive watch, and for this price it is a steal. I highly recommend it, and I will be buying more watches by Tissot in the future.

Tissot brings back a legend with the Tissot PRS516 stainless steel men's self-winding automatic watch, perfect for all lovers of traditional four-wheel motor sports--from Formula 1 to World Rally Championships. It features a unique pierced-hole stainless steel bracelet band that recalls the steering wheels from the elite sports cars of the 1960s. A steering wheel also appears on the back of the case as an additional design accent.
The large, round silver stainless steel watch case measures 40mm (1.6 inches) wide and is topped by a black-plated bezel with Arabic numeral hour markings in white. The blue dial is complemented by large luminous hands (with red seconds hand), luminous stick markers, and a day-and-date function at 3 o'clock. Other features include a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, water resistance to 50 meters (165 feet), and precise Swiss quartz movement.

(More customer reviews)What an incredible watch! I recently picked up this watch in gold tone with brown dial. When it arrived, I was so pleased of the quality and craftmanship of this watch.The watch held in my hands felt very sturdy and solid and I can't believe the detail. Even though this watch doesn't have the COSC certificate, ever since I had it, the seconds hand exactly matched my atomic clock's second hand. Owning one of the rare Valjoux movements was a great addition to my collection. So now that you heard the good points. The only bad points are that I wished it had more luminescent markers and hands. And the dates are hard to read with the "wavey" dial. I find that if I try to reflect light off from anything that is shiny on the dial, then I can read the numbers. Other than that, this watch is indeed a great buy for it's high quality and accuracy. Well done Jacques Lemans!

(More customer reviews)I got this watch as a gift from my aunt when I was like 10 (it was meant to be a gift for my mom :)), and I wore it from age 12 to 24, until it mysteriously disappeared one day, and I was very upset when it was gone. So I am really happy to find it here on Amazon.
---It's an all-time classic watch, nothing too fancy, but everything useful and beautiful in a simple fashion. Also it's very stable and I never had any mechanical problem with it. Of course, it's a Tissot.
I especially liked the little lighting dots making it easy to read time at night (if you wear it during the day, then it would light up in a dim greenish light for a few hours).
The only discomfort is if you sweat a lot, the connection parts on the brace might accumulate oil and get dirty, so you should clean the brace every half a year or a year.---But this is a common problem with any watch, not just this one. And I believe the things you love will only last longer if you take good care of them. Enjoy!
